I came for sessions when I started having low moods. It was the first time it had ever happened to me and it was really stopping me going to Uni and seeing my friends. We met every other week, had 6 appointments and did tasks in between. The things we did together helped me to get a better routine and it lifted my mood. I offer online and face-to-face sessions. My clinic hours are 9-6 pm and my fee is £100 per 1-hour session.
