Supporting you to feel good and flourish

Is therapy right for me?

Are you feeling anxious in social situations? Do you find it hard to stop or control worry? Are you feeling low and stuck in a rut? Or experiencing low self-esteem? Perhaps you’re having panic attacks or intrusive thoughts that are worrying you. Maybe you have experienced a trauma that you’re struggling to process or a phobia you want to overcome.

These common difficulties can impact your enjoyment and achievements in life; leading to patterns of avoidance, procrastinating or a need to be in control.

Therapy can help you build awareness and understanding of the patterns of your problems, actively work on processing difficult experiences, learn to manage tough feelings and find ways to move forward and flourish.

Problems I help with

You may have been given a diagnosis in the past, suspect you have a mental health problem, have no idea if you have a specific 'problem' or you may not want to give your experiences a specific label at all.

At Feel Good I can help you explore and understand your individual experiences, with or without a label, and together we can find the right ways to help you based on your needs and who you are as an individual

I have experience helping people with a wide range of problems, but I specialise in some specific areas.

Client Feedback, Reviews and Testimonials

Female, Professional (28)

Prior to beginning therapy with Kirsty, I struggled with panic attacks, anxiety and low self-esteem.  Kirsy has helped me overcome these challenges that held me back from living my life. Whilst working together we uncovered how my past life experiences had led to these struggles and practiced some techniques to help me move forward, including CBT, mindfulness and compassionate mind training.  I am so glad I made the first step and reached out to Kirsty.  She is supportive, empathic, compassionate and an incredible therapist.  If you’re ready to conquer your struggles I would highly recommend sessions with Kirsty; she’s amazing.

Male, Student (19)

I came for sessions when I started having low moods.  It was the first time it had ever happened to me and it was really stopping me going to Uni and seeing my friends.  We met every other week, had 6 appointments and did tasks in between.  The things we did together helped me to get a better routine and it lifted my mood.  I would definitely go back for more sessions in the future.

Mother of female client (15)

Kirsty helped my daughter with she was having thoughts about self-harm.  We were really worried about her and didn’t want to wait for CAMHS.  My daughter felt comfortable with Kirsty and therapy helped her to not self-harm and to grow in confidence too.  Thank you for your help.
