Supporting you to feel good and flourish
Is therapy right for me?
Are you feeling anxious in social situations? Do you find it hard to stop or control worry? Are you feeling low and stuck in a rut? Or experiencing low self-esteem? Perhaps you’re having panic attacks or intrusive thoughts that are worrying you. Maybe you have experienced a trauma that you’re struggling to process or a phobia you want to overcome.
These common difficulties can impact your enjoyment and achievements in life; leading to patterns of avoidance, procrastinating or a need to be in control.
Therapy can help you build awareness and understanding of the patterns of your problems, actively work on processing difficult experiences, learn to manage tough feelings and find ways to move forward and flourish.

Problems I help with
You may have been given a diagnosis in the past, suspect you have a mental health problem, have no idea if you have a specific 'problem' or you may not want to give your experiences a specific label at all.
At Feel Good I can help you explore and understand your individual experiences, with or without a label, and together we can find the right ways to help you based on your needs and who you are as an individual
I have experience helping people with a wide range of problems, but I specialise in some specific areas.

Please include a little bit of information in your message such as:
- Briefly outline what are you currently experiencing
- Briefly outline what would you like to get from therapy
- Any information about how you would like to work e.g. I need a day time online appointment.
I will then respond to you within two working days (unless I am on holiday) to let you know if I am taking on new clients and send you a booking link to schedule an intial call with me.
If I don't have any spaces, I will let you know and outline your options.
Free Consultation Call
Our initial call will be an informal chat to explore what you're struggling with and how therapy might help.
The call usually lasts around 20-30 minutes. It's an opportunity for us to ensure that I have a time slot that would work for you, to chat about what you need from therapy, and it’s a chance for you to ask me any questions. Most of all, it's a great way to check that we are a good fit.
After the call, there’s no obligation to book anything with me, but if you would like, I can then talk to you about the process of starting therapy and get you signed up.

Fees
I work with a limited number of insurance companies. If you, your partner or your parents have private health insurance, your cover may include therapy services. To pay your fees through insurance, you will need to contact them to let them know you would like to work with me. They will ask you some questions about your therapy needs to decide whether you qualify and how many sessions you are entitled to. Your insurance provider will give you an authorisation code and let you know the number of sessions they are able to fund for you. I will ask you to provide this information if we decide to start working together.
I am currently registered with the following providers.
